Josh Kirkham
Head of Waste Processing
Josh has over 15 years of experience in waste management and began his career at MJ Church at 17. He now leads six Transfer Stations, the Materials Recycling Facility, Man & Van services, and Events division. A WAMITAB-qualified professional and ROSPA Influencer of the Year 2025, Josh is recognised for his proactive leadership and commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.
Michael Kent
Commercial Operations Manager
With over 15 years of experience in waste management, Michael oversees logistics operations within MJ Church Recycling. Holding WAMITAB and Operator Licence (O Licence) qualifications, he ensures efficient, compliant, and reliable service delivery while promoting strong safety and environmental standards.
Matt Eyers
Head of Wick Quarry and Bulk Material Solutions
Matt leads operations at Wick Quarry, overseeing quarrying, recycling, and restoration activities. With over 25 years’ experience in civil engineering and contracting, he combines technical expertise with a practical approach to drive performance, compliance, and sustainability. Since joining MJ Church in 2015, Matt has held senior roles across commercial management and business improvement, and now focuses on delivering efficient, responsible operations that support the company’s circular economy goals.
Parris Allen
Senior Sales Manager
With 14 years of experience in commercial sales, Parris serves as Sales Manager, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a strong client-focused approach to the team. He oversees the commercial functions of skips, RoRos, road sweepers, and grab hire services, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that meet their specific project requirements. Parris is committed to building lasting client relationships, delivering value-driven results, and supporting the continued growth of the business through proactive, reliable service.
