The Role

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Site Agents to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining project schedules. The ideal candidates will bring a proactive approach, exceptional management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality construction outcomes. Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Monitor project progress using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or HeavyBid to track milestones and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality control, safety protocols (OSHA compliance), and adherence to blueprints and schematics.
  • Supervise onsite teams, providing guidance on construction methods, safety procedures, and technical tasks like blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
  • Manage contract scope, change orders, and documentation related to contracts while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and ensure proper use of construction estimating software for budgeting accuracy.

Key Skills 

  • Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Primavera
  • Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse onsite teams effectively
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, including project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and quality control practices
  • Familiarity with heavy civil or pipeline projects is preferred
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols on-site
  • Technical proficiency with schematics interpretation and electrical testing tools such as Ohmmeter
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets
