MJ Church are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to support the Transport Department based at Star Farm, Marshfield. Due to ever increasing workloads, this is a new role to support the team as the company continues to grow.

Reporting to the Transport Compliance Manager, this role will be working Monday to Friday with flexible hours offered. These hours can be to support a working parent, or any individual seeking a part-time position. Experience of having worked within the Transport industry would be a distinct advantage but not essential for the right candidate.

Duties will include;

  • Updating of spreadsheets, with information given, using Excel;
  • Chasing outstanding paperwork due from drivers or from other departments within the business;
  • Liaising with the workshop for missing documents, such as safety inspections and calibration information
  • Following up on infringements;
  • Monitoring spreadsheets for MOT’S and inspections to ensure these are done within allocated timescales.

Skills & Attributes;

  • A methodical approach towards duties and tasks;
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and be reactive when required;
  • Good IT skills, including a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills both over the telephone and written
  • A positive attitude with the desire to support and succeed within a busy department.
