MJ Church are now recruiting for a Civils Planner to join our Contracting division. Based at Star Farm in Marshfield, this role will be a combination of working remotely and also in the office as required. We are looking for an experienced and hardworking individual who can work with the team to ensure construction projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Duties will include;
- Building Construction programmes with the scheme Project Manager in line with NEC 4
- Programming updates with the scheme Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor, including Civil Engineer’s in line with NEC 4
- Formal submission of programmes to the Client in line with NEC 4
- Chairing programme update meetings for all schemes
- Working closely with the scheme Project Manager’s and Quantity Surveyor’s on a daily basis or as required
Skills & Experience;
- An excellent knowledge of the NEC 4 contract, managing time & programme
- Experience in Microsoft Project, ASTA and P6 primavera
- A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the industry
- A Project Management background is preferable but not essential
- Educated to Degree or equivalent in construction-based subjects
