MJ Church is based within the United Kingdom, and as such is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Controller under the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data is provided to us via the following avenues;
Registration for our newsletter
As part of the registration process you will provide us with personal data so that we can create a record for you and send you marketing material in line with the avenues that you have provided consent for.
Registration of interest / contact forms
To register your interest, you will provide your contact details for the purpose of contacting. Once the contact has been made, we will delete your email address immediately.
Opening of trade accounts
When a trade account is required we will require a limited amount of personal data to open an account – in addition to this, credit checks must be carried out too and insurance is taken out against the account. Our third parties will process your information securely and in line with our policies and requirements.
Purchasing of services online
When you purchase services online, for example through our skiphire website, we will require your details to process your transaction. In addition to this, you will be redirected to our secure and PCI compliant payment provider, SagePay where your online transaction will be processed.
Sensitive Personal Data
Following an assessment of the website and capturing process, we can confirm that we do not knowingly capture data deemed as ‘personally
sensitive’ as defined in the GDPR.
