We are delighted to announce that MJ Church along with partners, Highways England, Kier, Hanson, Forest Traffic Management and Bath Demolition, won the Integration and Collaborative Working Award for the M4 and M48 Toll Removal project.
Team members attended the South West’s premier construction industry awards, the Construction Excellence South West Built Environment Awards 2019, which recognises outstanding projects across the region.
The award recognises collaborative working across the supply chain and innovative working practices. The M4 and M48 Toll Project was selected by the judging panel for the six months of collaborative planning that resulted on the projects being delivered in record time; 72 hours on the M4 and 48 hours on the M48; within budget and achieving high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Huge congratulations to the teams and everyone who was involved with the project at MJ Church and the partners – a superb effort by everyone and a terrific award for the company.
The project will now be submitted to the National Construction Awards held in London later this year.
Good Luck!
